• Used cold: Helps relive the pain caused by headaches, toothaches, and earaches. Also helps reduce swelling.
• Used hot || Emanates a humid warmth, which helps relieve bellyaches, contraction pain, breast swelling caused by lactation and enables the child to relax.

How To Use ||

• Cold: Place in freezer in a plastic bag. Remove from bag and place on child.
• Hot: Heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Check temperature before placing on child.
