It’s a really beautiful coat, and I love that it is reversible! Sizing wise I think it’s a bit bigger than 4-6 months (I have a baby in the 90th percentile, and it’s too big even for her and she’s at that top end of the range), however I’d prefer it be too big rather than too small because we will get to use it for longer!
