SHIPPING

Processing Time:
At The Skinny, we hustle to process and ship your orders within 4 business days of purchase. During busier periods, processing might take a bit longer.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times can vary based on the destination. Once shipped, we have no control over the delivery time or any potential delays caused by customs in your country. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk of potential shipping delays. Orders shipped within Canada will receive a tracking number from Canada Post. Oversized items may incur additional charges, and you will be notified if applicable. Note that oversized items do not qualify for any 'Free Shipping' promotions.

The Skinny is not liable for lost or stolen packages. By placing an order with us, you accept this risk. Packages shipped to the United States will be sent via Air Mail and may or may not include a tracking number. You have six hours to request a cancellation of an order by emailing community@shoptheskinny.ca 

*If a shipping/pick-up confirmation email has already been sent, the order cannot be canceled.

Duty:
Shipping rates do not include import or duty fees, which may be charged when the package reaches your destination country. These fees are levied by local customs authorities, and we cannot estimate these charges.

The Skinny is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from our services. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipping must be addressed directly with the shipping company. We will provide the tracking number (for Canada) and contact information for the shipping company as needed. We do not assume responsibility for lost packages.

Shipping fees are not refundable on returns or exchanges.

LOCAL PICKUP

Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. Please wait for this email before coming to pick up your order. Orders may take up to 4 business days to process.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

In-Store Returns:
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from the original purchase date for store credit. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have original tags attached. The original receipt is also required. We do not accept returns for jewelry, face masks, hats/hair accessories, swimwear, or underwear/bodysuits. All sale or discounted items are final sale. All tickets for events/sales are final.

Online Returns:
The same policy for in-store returns applies to online returns. To start the return/exchange process for online orders, please email us at community@shoptheskinny.ca

Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded as store credit upon the return of your items. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges.

Damaged Items:
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your package. Please contact community@shoptheskinny.ca with details and images of damage.
