PROCESSING TIME // The Skinny works diligently to process and get orders out to you within 4 business days from purchase. Please note, this may take longer during busier periods. *PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS PROCESSING FOR WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons. Orders shipped within Canada will receive a tracking number from Canada Post. Oversized items may be subject to an additional charge, and you will be notified if this is applicable. Oversized items do not qualify for any 'Free Shipping' promotions.
The Skinny will not be liable for lost or stolen packages and by placing an order with us, you accept the risk for this. Packages shipped to the United States and internationally will be shipped via Air Mail, and may or may not have a tracking number associated with it. The Skinny is not liable for lost or stolen packages. You have six hours to put in a request to cancel an order, email If you already received a shipping/pick-up confirmation email your order cannot be cancelled.

DUTY // Shipping rates do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country. We cannot estimate the fees associated with these charges as they are levied by your local customs authorities.

The Skinny is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages occurring as a result of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. You must directly address the shipping company for any damage caused during shipping. The Skinny will provide you with the tracking number [within Canada] and contact information for the shipping company as needed and requested. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

Shipping fees are not refundable on returns or exchanges.
We are busy packing up your order and you will receive an email as soon as it's ready for pick-up. DO NOT come to pick-up your order before receiving an email from us. Orders may take up to 4 business days to process.




Returns or exchanges may be done within 30 days from the original purchase date for shop credit. We kindly require that all item(s) not be worn, altered or washed and must have the original tags attached or a return will be denied. Original receipt is also required. 

We do not accept returns for jewelry, face masks, hats/hair accessories, swimwear or underwear/bodysuits. All sale items or discounted Items are final sale. All tickets for events/sales are final.

To start the return/exchange process for online orders, please contact us by email [] to make a return request. Item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from original purchase date to be accepted.

Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to shop credit upon the return of your items to The Skinny. We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service proving a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with a return/exchange.
