Fell apart with one wear

I bought this sweater, wore it once and LOVED it. Went to put it on for the second time ever and realized the arm is completely coming apart from the body of the sweater. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to help me deal with this matter which is incredibly frustrating. Have never bought anything as poor of quality as this… and the customer service makes me never want to buy anything from here again.
