• Returns + Exchanges

  • Returns or Exchanges may be done within 7 days from purchase date. We kindly require that all item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must have the original tags attached. ONLINE RETURNS Please contact us by email to make a Return request within 3 days of the order's delivery date. We will email detailed instructions from there. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry, swimwear or underwear. All sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days upon the return of your items to The Skinny. We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service proving a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
