REFUND POLICY
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please note all sale items, jewelry, hats/hair accessories, swimwear, lip products, underwear/bodysuits, and gift cards are a FINAL SALE. We do not accept any returns/exchanges on these pieces. This includes products purchased during any sale/promotional season.
Returns or exchanges may be done within 30 days from the original purchase date for a SHOP CREDIT only. We kindly require that all item(s) not be worn, altered or washed and they must have the original tags attached, or a return will be denied. Original receipt is required.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from the original purchase date for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have original tags attached. The original receipt is also required. All tickets for events/sales are final.
ONLINE RETURNS
The same policy for in-store returns applies to online returns. To start the return/exchange process for online orders, please email us at community@shoptheskinny.ca with your order number, the items you are looking to return, and the reason for the return.
If approved, we will send details on where to send your item back to. Please do not send back your item without approval from our team, or it will not be accepted.
Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded as store credit upon the return of your items. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges.

Returns can take up to 5 business days to be processed once it arrives back at our warehouse.
Items should be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging. All items are subject to inspection upon their return.
Upon inspection and processing, you will automatically receive an email notification of your store credit.
If in the event you receive your order and it is damaged or you received the incorrect item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and issue you a replacement or ship out the correct item. Damages need to be approved before a shipping label can be printed. Please email community@shoptheskinny.ca within 5 days of receiving your order to report any damages. Please include a short description of the damage and an image.
